Help when the tournament is real
Ask the floating PicklePodium assistant for screen-by-screen guidance. For an account, payment, scoring, or event-day problem that needs a person, contact us directly.
Before event day
- Confirm every paid entrant and close each division.
- Generate draws, configure courts and days, then run Auto-Schedule.
- Review conflicts on the Board and make sure each scorer can sign in.
- Open the TV screen and one scoring device on the venue network.
- Print the schedule and results sheets as a connection-loss fallback.
