PicklePodium stores account details, tournament and registration information, participant contact details, payment references and receipt images, match scores, signatures, staff assignments, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How it is used
We use this information to operate registrations, payments, schedules, scoring, public results, support, security, and service reliability. Tournament organizers can access the participant information needed to run their events.
What is public
Tournament pages may publicly show event details, participant or team names, schedules, brackets, scores, standings, sponsors, and organizer-provided news. Private contact details, payment references, receipts, and signature images are not intended for public display.
Storage and service providers
Data is processed by infrastructure providers used for authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, payments, and product assistance. Access is restricted according to account and tournament roles.
Your choices
You may ask an organizer to correct or withdraw an event registration. For account access, correction, export, or deletion requests, email solutions@endevo.info. Some records may be retained where needed for transaction, security, dispute, or legal purposes.
