Privacy Policy

What we collect

PicklePodium stores account details, tournament and registration information, participant contact details, payment references and receipt images, match scores, signatures, staff assignments, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

How it is used

We use this information to operate registrations, payments, schedules, scoring, public results, support, security, and service reliability. Tournament organizers can access the participant information needed to run their events.

What is public

Tournament pages may publicly show event details, participant or team names, schedules, brackets, scores, standings, sponsors, and organizer-provided news. Private contact details, payment references, receipts, and signature images are not intended for public display.

Storage and service providers

Data is processed by infrastructure providers used for authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, payments, and product assistance. Access is restricted according to account and tournament roles.

Ask and the organizer assistant

Ask — the assistant on every page, and the Ask tab in the app — is answered by an AI model from Moonshot AI (Kimi), a company in Singapore. The organizer console's schedule drafting and written reports use the same model. It is reached through Moonshot AI's own service or, where that is not configured, through Vercel's AI Gateway.

What is sent: what you type, the earlier messages in that conversation, and details of the page you are on, which can include the tournament's name, divisions, rules and schedule and the names of its players and teams. Nothing is sent to the model until you press Continue on the notice shown the first time you use Ask or a drafting tool (Propose replan, Generate report).

How long it is kept: Moonshot AI states that data sent to its API is not used to train its models, and its platform privacy policy (platform.kimi.ai) says it keeps the information it receives while the account that sent it — ours — is active, on servers in Singapore. We keep your questions, with your account when you are signed in, to learn which ones the assistant cannot answer yet. None of it is used for advertising.

To keep your data out of it, do not use Ask or the drafting tools. Everything else works without them, and support@endevo.info answers the same questions.

DUPR ratings

PicklePodium is a DUPR partner. When an organizer marks a division as DUPR-rated, the results of its matches, together with the names and DUPR IDs of the players in them, are sent to DUPR Inc. (Delray Beach, Florida, United States) and become part of each player's DUPR record. Your DUPR ID is shared only for those divisions. Data held by DUPR is governed by DUPR's own privacy policy, and requests to correct or remove it from DUPR are made to DUPR.

If you tick the DUPR box at signup or on your Profile, you agree that we may give DUPR your email address so DUPR can contact you about ratings and events. This is optional and off by default, and you can withdraw it from your Profile at any time. We do not currently send these addresses to DUPR; if that changes, only people who ticked the box are included, and a withdrawal is honoured from then on. Sending match results, and any email we share, involves transferring your data to the United States.

Deleting your PicklePodium account removes your DUPR ID and your consent from our records. Results already submitted to DUPR remain with DUPR.

Your choices

You may ask an organizer to correct or withdraw an event registration. You can delete your account yourself from your Profile at any time. For account access, correction, or export requests, email support@endevo.info. Some records may be retained where needed for transaction, security, dispute, or legal purposes.
