HOW IT WORKS
One console for the whole tournament
PicklePodium is for the people who run pickleball tournaments: clubs, companies, leagues and LGUs. It replaces the forms, spreadsheets, group chats and paper draws with one place for registration, payments, brackets, courts, umpires, live scoring and the public tournament page.
A tournament, start to finish
BEFORE
Build it, publish it, take entries
Name the tournament, add divisions with their own formats and fees, put your logo and colours on it, and publish. Players register on your page and pay you the way you already collect; you confirm each entry.
DURING
Draw, schedule, score
Seed the confirmed field and generate the groups and brackets. Assign courts and umpires, send matches live. Umpires score on their phones; the public page, the schedule and the venue screen follow every point.
AFTER
Standings settle, the record stays
Winners route into the next round on their own. Medalists are on the page, results print for the committee, and every player's tournament, podium and match history stays up in the player database.
Get started in five steps
Under a minute each. Nothing here needs a laptop; organizers run whole weekends from a phone.
Create the tournament
The guided start asks four things: name and dates, divisions, look, publish. Everything you enter is the real event.
Guided start →Open registration and share the link
Publishing gives you a share link and a QR code for the poster. Entries and payments arrive on your Players tab.
Your dashboard →Draw and schedule
Generate groups and brackets from the confirmed field, then let the scheduler lay the day out across your courts.
Schedule tab →Run event day
Send matches live from the desk. Umpires score on their phones, the TV screen shows every court, and results post as they finish.

Tournaments that ran here
Real events, start to finish. Their pages stay up as the record.
